If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from CraftsnToys.com, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and products purchased with our free shipping offer will be credited less our original shipping cost. All items being returned must be in new condition, never assembled or played with, in the original box and with the manufacturer packaging or a restocking fee of 25% will apply. 
A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email at Service@CraftsnToys.com. Returns will not be accepted without proper return authorization from our Customer Service Department.
Damages or Missing Parts
